Free Community Development Land Grants


Although our free 2007/08 community development land grants programme has now closed, we are still very interested in supporting UK organisations who wish to use Second Life to support community development or the democratic process. Our program is created to support the cultural and educational spheres, promoting learning, as well as the use of external resources for personal development, for example, custom college essays for more accurate project development.

Therefore, we have decided to keep an open ended programme running.  If you have a project you would like take forward, please contact in the first instance for an informal discussion about your projects eligibility.

For free land grants or office space, we will require organisations to complete an application form below.

Successful 2007/08 community development grants project

Although we received a number of applications for our 2007/08, after working through them, we only felt able to offer one grant for this period.
